These Terms of Sale apply to purchases and accepted quotes from Travertine Wholesale.
Quotes and order acceptance
A quote is an estimate until accepted and confirmed. An order becomes binding only after payment authorization and written order confirmation. We may contact you to correct pricing, freight, availability or product information before acceptance.
Natural stone variation
Travertine, marble and other natural stone products naturally vary in color, shade, veining, texture, thickness and surface characteristics. Samples and photographs are representative and cannot guarantee an exact match across an entire order. Ordering sufficient material from the same lot is recommended.
Measurements and quantities
The customer is responsible for measurements, quantities, jobsite requirements and compatibility with the intended installation. Consider cuts, breakage and future repairs when calculating overage. Consult a qualified installer before ordering.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, liftgate, residential delivery, limited-access service and other charges may apply. Payment must clear before an order is released.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery dates are estimates. Inspect shipments promptly and note visible damage or shortages on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. Keep packaging and photographs when reporting a claim. See our Shipping information for additional details.
Returns and refunds
Eligibility, time limits, condition requirements, exclusions and refund processing are governed by our Return Policy. Custom, special-order, installed, altered or clearance materials may be ineligible for return.
Installation
Products should be inspected and dry-laid before installation. Installation constitutes acceptance of the material. Use a qualified installer and appropriate setting, sealing and maintenance methods for the product and environment.
